Minarik is a licensed commercial real estate broker and will be responsible for serving the real estate interests of healthcare providers through tenant and buyer-only representation, with a focus on dental, medical, and veterinary clients.

Minarik brings expertise in the business side of running dental practices acquired through her twenty years of experience in the dental industry. She has advised dentists and office leadership of all sized practices in Texas, California, New York, and Florida. Most recently, Minarik worked at Henry Schein Dental, a worldwide distributor of dental supplies, as a Field Sales Consultant in South Florida helping outcome driven dentists build profitable organizations.
