Atlanta, GA – July 8, 2026 – Partners Real Estate today announced its merger with Crown Tenant Advisors, an Atlanta-based firm specializing in tenant and buyer representation for healthcare practices across the Southeast. The move launches Partners’ Healthcare Services platform, providing real estate solutions for clients in the medical, dental, and veterinary sectors.

Crown Tenant Advisors brings eight commercial real estate professionals to Partners, with three senior leaders joining as Equity Partners: Andrew Riepe, Amanda Riepe, and Mike Slattery. All three equity partners were Division One athletes and have utilized their competitiveness and results-driven mindsets to build a highly successful Southeast business alongside their outstanding team.

The merger also adds coverage in new geographical areas in addition to Partners’ existing Texas and Georgia operations, including the Carolinas and Indiana. Andrew and Amanda Riepe will lead the new Healthcare Services practice from Atlanta. Mike Slattery will continue to lead the platform’s Carolinas-based business.

Crown Tenant Advisors represents the latest investment in Partners’ Atlanta hub, now the firm’s second-largest geographical base. In two years the Southeast region has grown to 71 commercial real estate professionals, including 21 Equity Partners. Recent additions include a Federal Leasing practice led by GSA veteran Charlie Johnson, a Healthcare Investment Sales practice led by Equity Partner Stewart Yates, retail services Equity Partner Sherri Wilson, the Seven Oaks merger expanding Property Management and Development, and Partners Capital’s acquisition of Powers Ferry Business Park.

Andrew Riepe founded Crown Tenant Advisors after spending his career representing healthcare clients in commercial real estate. Prior to commercial real estate, he spent several years with the Boston Red Sox organization and coaching college baseball. Amanda Riepe spent eleven years at Eli Lilly & Co. before joining the firm. Mike Slattery spent years playing professional basketball in Europe prior to his career in medical device sales before transitioning to Crown Tenant Advisors.
