President
Andrew has spent his entire commercial real estate career representing the interests of healthcare professionals and has a comprehensive understanding of their unique requirements. He has built Crown Tenant Advisors by concentrating exclusively on buyers and tenants and represents his clients’ interests in an unbiased manner. Andrew’s philosophy of a results-oriented approach with no hidden agenda is the cornerstone of Crown Tenant Advisors.
Having worked at large national commercial real estate firms before starting his own company, Andrew’s skill sets have been formed both in a corporate setting and an entrepreneurial environment. Andrew utilizes a strategic approach to real estate, and his expertise lies in providing market knowledge and in-depth financial and comparative analyses to achieve optimum results. With effective negotiation of all real estate contracts, he has been able to save his clients a significant amount of money and mitigate their risk.
Prior to a career in real estate, Andrew was a professional baseball player in the Boston Red Sox minor league system, and college baseball coach at Davidson College and Emory University. Andrew graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Andrew resides in the Atlanta area with his wife, Amanda, and their three children.
Connie Pope

Connie has over 20 years of marketing experience working for global companies, startups, and everything in-between. Before joining Crown Tenant Advisors, Connie was a successful Marketing Consultant.
Connie has a solid foundation and understanding of strategy that allows her to see the “big picture” and how all the pieces fit together. Her creative thinking and attention to detail play a valuable role as Crown Tenant Advisors continues to grow its sales and marketing channels.
Connie graduated from the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs! She has served on the Executive Board of the Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic Association and is an avid volunteer at her children’s schools. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys playing tennis. Connie lives in the Atlanta area with her husband and two children.
Jason Price
Senior Director, Georgia
Jason has over 19 years of real estate investing experience in commercial and residential properties. His experience includes new construction, renovation, expansion, property management, purchases, and lease negotiating from an owner’s perspective. This knowledge combined with his last 17 years in the dental industry makes him a valuable asset to his clients.
Jason utilizes a function and passion approach to real estate. His expertise lies in exploring what will help his clients achieve personal and professional success.
Prior to joining Crown Tenant Advisors, Jason was a Territory Representative for Patterson Dental, helping dentists in the metro Atlanta area with their business plans, build-outs, equipment, technology, associates, and growth planning. He has a comprehensive knowledge of what it takes to have a successful healthcare practice from a business, layout, and clinical perspective.
Jason is a Georgia native and graduated from Georgia College with a B.A. in Marketing and Minor in Business Communications. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys mountain biking, paddle boarding, camping, and sailing. Jason lives in the Atlanta area with his wife and two boys.
Mike Weatherly

Mike’s extensive background includes expertise in best-in-class products, services, and technology for the dental, medical, and animal health industries. With over two decades of experience in healthcare and over thirty years in the Georgia market, Mike has helped hundreds of doctors, received numerous accolades, and acquired a vast professional network. Prior to joining Crown Tenant Advisors, Mike was the General Manger at Patterson Dental Atlanta.
Mike attended Auburn University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.

Mike brings over ten years experience in the healthcare industry to the Carolinas. Mike started his career in medical device sales, and previously worked with Surgical West Inc. as a consultant in the general surgery division, before turning his focus to commercial real estate.

A Philadelphia native, Mike graduated from the University of Delaware as three time captain of the men’s basketball team. He played basketball professionally for five years post college in France, Italy, and England. Outside of work, Mike enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with friends. He lives in the Lake Norman area with his wife and sons Luca and Noah.

Jason has a proven track record of building strong client relationships, exceeding expectations, and cultivating partnerships with key decision-makers across multiple industries. As a lifelong resident of Indiana, Jason has firsthand knowledge of the local commercial real estate market which gives clients a strategic advantage when selecting the ideal location for their practice.
Jason is a graduate of Ball State University. He lives in Fishers, Indiana, with his wife, Betsy, their three children, and dog Zoey. In his free time, Jason enjoys fitness, fishing, and traveling with his family.

Jim is a native of New Jersey and resides in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with his wife and son.
When he is not at work, he enjoys living an active, healthy lifestyle. He is an avid baseball fan, loves to cook, travel, and coach his son’s baseball team.
Carson Hulak

Graduating top of his class from the University of Georgia, Carson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Business. His strong academic foundation coupled with hands-on industry expertise equips him to deliver exceptional results in the dynamic healthcare real estate market.
Carson lives in Alpharetta, Georgia, with his wife and son. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him in the gym, at church, spending quality time with his family, or working with a local dog rescue organization to help re-home rescue dogs.
Bryan O’Connor

His client-centric approach and extensive knowledge of both the healthcare industry and commercial real estate market provide clients with tailored, strategic solutions for their healthcare real estate needs.
Before transitioning into healthcare real estate, Bryan spent several years in the medical and dental device sales field. This experience combined with his entrepreneurial spirit led Bryan and his wife Carli, a general dentist, to open a new dental practice in South Charlotte, North Carolina. Through this venture, Bryan gained firsthand insight into the complexities of starting and growing a healthcare practice, which he now applies to advise and assist clients in finding the perfect space for their needs.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Bryan relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina after attending Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina. Outside of his professional life, Bryan is an avid sports fan, loves playing golf and tennis, and is always planning his next travel adventure with Carli.
Amanda Riepe

Amanda has spent her entire career working in the healthcare field, which is her passion. She currently leads our medical and veterinary division within Crown Tenant Advisors. Amanda’s ability to connect with her clients allows her to gain a deep understanding of the goals of their practice. With knowledge of the real estate market and practice’s bottom line, she becomes a great advocate for her clients.
Prior to joining Crown Tenant Advisors, Amanda worked with Eli Lilly & Co. for eleven years where she refined her analytic skills and became a respected manager in the Atlanta market. Her dedication and hard work earned her numerous awards in the areas of strategic thinking, teamwork, and performance.
Amanda graduated from Wake Forest University where she played on the women’s soccer team for four years. In her free time, you can find her on the tennis court or scrapbooking. She lives in the Atlanta area and enjoys spending time with Andrew, her husband, and their three children.

Josh Cooper
Managing Director, Tennessee
Josh has been investing in commercial properties since 2017. His experience includes syndication and joint-venture commercial multifamily projects. His knowledge of underwriting properties, identifying growth corridors, and market analysis gives him a unique insight into property assessment. He uses market research and data-driven analytics to identify emerging neighborhoods within markets. He uses these, plus a client-focused drive, to obtain best of class results.
Prior to joining Crown Tenant Advisors, Josh owned his own fundraising business, helping schools raise capital in Middle and West Tennessee, and ran the operations for a multi-national food conglomerate based in Nashville.
Josh has lived in Tennessee most of his life. He has also served on the Board of Directors for a Youth Camp, Camp Director, Summer Youth Series Director, Youth Minister, and deacon of College and Youth programs. He likes helping in his dad’s garden, being active with his kids in sports and band, and teaching Bible classes. He lives in the Nashville area with his wife and two children.

Lori Minarik
Managing Director, Florida
Background in both manufacturing and distribution sales provides Lori with in-depth knowledge of the equipment, technology, supplies, and practice management involved in creating and maintaining a successful healthcare business. This experience contributes greatly to her ability to collaborate with clients in the process of locating and purchasing a new space, office expansion, or relocation.
Lori brings expertise in the business side of running dental practices acquired through her twenty years working at industry leading companies including Henry Schein Dental and HuFriedyGroup. She has advised dentists and office leadership of all sized practices in Texas, California, New York, and the great state of Florida.
Lori’s goal is to help guide clients to develop the businesses of their dreams. Her professional approach and extensive network make her a valued resource for her clients, and she strives to continually exceed their expectations.
Lori is a native of the Lone Star state of Texas and a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Davie, Florida with her husband, 3 children, and labradoodle, Oliver.
